Best personnel is during the night shift. Its location is decent & easy, adjacent to restaurants and shopping, Cincinnati and several attractions, stores, restaurants, and even bars.

The location here was great for my trip and the hotel was comfortable and conveniently close to the freeway.

The staff working the night shift were really caring and friendly. They made sure everything was great for me. 🌙 The breakfast had some tasty scrambled eggs that hit the spot. It was a good start to the day.

Location: the hotel was next to restaurants, chain restaurants in the immediate vicinity and main shopping malls. It was just a short stroll away from Steak 'n Shake, serving fast food.

The hotel was clean and had super friendly and amicable staff during the night shift. I got a well-appointed room with a jetted tub. I thoroughly enjoyed that this venue offered wake-up service. It was in a very nice area, central to attractions, stores, restaurants, bars.

For the price, our stay at Hampton Inn was great! The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable mattress. The location was convenient with nearby eateries and shopping. The staff treated us with kindness and were always helpful.

The hotel breakfast could use some improvement.

I asked the front desk for glasses so we didn't have to drink wine out of a styrofoam cup. I was given a bad attitude and champagne glasses with $1.29 stickers on the bottom. They use them for the "romance package". They better not charge me an exorbitant price for them! 2. They cleaned the dining room, running a noisy vacuum and put the chairs on top of the tables while people were eating breakfast. That couldn't wait?

This hotel is conveniently located near several good restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with spacious bathrooms. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including fresh muffins, bagels, waffles, biscuits. The hotel also has a nice pool and free WiFi for guests to enjoy.

Cudnt find any bottled water for sale. Also no alcohol sold on site (Bad). And I still don't have a receipt sent to me by you.

The indoor pool and hot tub were clean. They provided towels for convenience. The hotel was clean and smelled good. The breakfast was the best I've ever had, with plenty of food and attentive staff. The front desk manager, Ms. Tina, was friendly and helpful.

Pillow were to small. Have stayed in other Hamptons and the had large pillows.

Courteous employees during the night shift. Particularly good and beautiful location in a secure area. Adjacent to Fairfield on a last-minute business trip. Grocery store nearby.
